General Information:

• As part of Round 2, FIL-RetroPGF will be using DRIPs as a platform for distributing the allocated grants.
• Projects will receive their grant dripping linearly over 1 month.
• Distribution will begin in December. The first stage will be test distribution.
• Full grant distribution is expected to occur in phases from January onwards:
  • We expect to have 3 rounds of distribution between January and March.
  • Projects will be categorised into these rounds based on the timing of test transaction confirmation, KYC completion, and compliance document verification if relevant.
  • Additional information and contact with recipients will be by email.

Test transactions:

• All projects that have submitted their Github URLs and claimed it through DRIPs will receive a test transaction in December.
• The test transaction will be a nominal amount.
• Before full distribution is made, recipients will be required to verify successful receipt of the test transaction. This will happen by contact made to the contact details that applicants have supplied in their application.

KYC:

• Recipients above a threshold amount will also need to complete KYC verification.
• If this is the case, the recipient will be contacted by email.
