Badgeholders play a pivotal role in the FIL-RetroPGF program. As a badgeholder you’re responsible for judging applications and determining how much funding each project will receive.
For the network to evolve effectively, it is imperative badgeholders are discerning and opinionated experts, so the strongest projects can be selected for. The collective decisions you, as badgeholders, make, incentivize and update the network’s state, contributing to setting network course. As such it is also crucial for badgeholders to disclose and avoid voting on any projects where they have a Conflict of Interest (explained here).
The decision making of badgeholders has two effects:

The Voting period is from November 11, 2024, to November 25, 2024. Badgeholders should use this time to familiarize themselves with the project applications, collaborate with other badgeholders, and vote on projects. Details of voting are discussed below.
