Introduction

Welcome to the Application Guidelines for FIL-RetroPGF-3!

Your application will be used by badgeholders to decide how much FIL you should receive, based on the impact your project has already had on the Filecoin community between November 2024 and September 2025 (inclusive).

Note: You are only evaluated based on the impact you already had. Do not mention or allude to future work or future impact. Badgeholders will be prompted to ignore this. This is retroactive public goods funding, not proactive funding!

Before completing an application form, please make sure you satisfy the eligibility criteria set out here.

Updates to the Process

• This round, we are using a new platform. This has been developed by Drips and documentation is available here!
  • If you need to make updates to your submission, you do not need to make an entirely new submission. You can just edit the application from your original wallet login. If your project has already been approved for voting, this will push the application back into the review stack. The round operators will review the updates at the earliest.
• To expedite time-to-distribution, we are allowing applicants to begin the KYC process during the application process.
